Get Started With Archisketch

A steps by step video introductions on how to to start using Archisketch

1. Introduction to interface elements

In this video we discuss how Archisketch is organised and outline the functions of the different interface elements.

2. Introduction to sketching and scale

Here we introduce the sketching tools and give an overview of how scale works in Archisketch.

3. Sketching on an existing drawing

In this video we setup the scale of our drawing to correspond to an imported base plan and use the sketching tools to sketch out some initial ideas for reorganising the layout.

4. Introduction to drawing

In this section we introduce the hard line drawing tools and look into how to convert the the initial sketch layout into a plan drawing.

5. Adding details to a drawing

Here we add windows, doors and symbols to our plan layout. We also use the area tool to calculate the floor area.

6. Sharing and organising your drawings

And finally we talk about how you can setup your drawing for a properly scaled print copy and discuss how projects and drawings are organised.
